While employed with Positive Marketing Solutions,

I Maintained 2-5 different properties at any given time . Each building consisting of any where from  about 4 to 20 units Each client "property" I handled had different Job Responsibilities, of those responsibilities were included but were not limited to :

-Establishing rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.

-Attracting new tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services,  as well as of course showing units.

 -Accomplishing  financial objectives by contracting with tenants to negotiate leases, collecting rent, paying bills, and collecting security deposits

Meet Jessica Hallock. Jessica is a part of our Client Property Management team. She is driven by her passion for art, creating quality content, and imagery. Programs like Adobe Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro are second nature. 

She is responsible for The Positive Marketing Solutions brand awareness, market analysis, and direct marketing campaigns. While she has put her degree in Media Production on hold,  she does intended to resume classes in 2024 . 

Jessica understands the importance of customer service, building strong professional relationships, and carries the value of hard work, integrity, and outstanding service in everything she does. Jessica  doesn't just meet the demands of our company, the industry, and her clients..... she far surpasses them!
